    Almost the same thing goes through my mind when I automatically begin to assume things…as you do. I stop myself when I remember to look at myself in the mirror…so to speak.

    I think this all the time. My mum freely admits she has always had a problem with this. I have seen her battle with this, and do not give advice or mention it. It is her battle and she knows when she is doing it.
