Wikipedia defines refuge as ” a place or state of safety.”

My small home is my refuge. My little family is where I run when it feels like everything is just too much. This is where I get my strength and power to continue the battle against the sometimes harsh realities of life.

again, as i’ve done in most of your posts i’ve read so far, i find myself agreeing to what you said. i feel the same, my family is my refuge when everything in the world turns chaotic and frightening + my little piece of heaven to reaffirm me when i am in doubt. i love your photo! 🙂
